YFGC.AI is the productized fractional general counsel service of Strauss Law PLLC (https://www.strausslawpllc.com). YFGC stands for Your Fractional General Counsel™ (trademark of Strauss Law PLLC). The firm is led by Jesse Strauss, a senior U.S. licensed lawyer who uses AI to deliver legal work faster and cheaper.

## What We Do
We provide fractional general counsel services to startups, small businesses, and growing companies. Jesse Strauss handles business law, contracts, corporate governance, employment matters, litigation in New York, and general commercial legal work. Jesse is also available as co-counsel for attorneys handling matters in other jurisdictions.

## How It Works
Clients purchase a block of hours (5, 10, or 20). Hours never expire. Jesse and his team use AI tools to work faster, delivering 90% of the product at around 50% of the cost of a traditional law firm.

## Pricing
- 5 hours: $525/hr ($2,625 total)
- 10 hours: $475/hr ($4,750 total)
- 20 hours: $400/hr ($8,000 total)
- Standard rate (no package): $595/hr
- Simple AI-assisted matters (e.g. NDA review): billed at 0.2 hours
